Mixed Signals: The Nuclear O’Reilly Remixes CD Release Party (11.17.10)

Mixed Signals: The Nuclear O’Reilly Remixes CD Release Party:

Good Music. Creative Flow. Electric Vibe

New York (NY)—November 10, 2010– Make It Happen Entertainment and DJ DAN C.E. present Mixed Signals: The Nuclear O’Reilly Remixes CD Release Party at the Underground Lounge (955 West End Ave) Nov. 17 from 7p.m. to 12 a.m. See history unfold as Nuclear O’Reilly celebrate the release of their newest project with a night of high energy, eclectic entertainment.

Jared DiDomenico and Brad Naprixas are the visionary music producers (and artists in their own right) behind Nuclear O’Reilly (Nuclear O.). Nuclear O. is the group that created the world’s first commercially available, full-length album made solely on an iPhone.  The album, “Phoning It In” showcases the duo’s immense talent and flair for innovation. “Mixed Signals” proves to be a continuation of the same type of free form musical creativity, now using more traditional recording techniques. Nuclear O’Reilly has re-imagined notable songs from Alicia Keys, David Bowie, The Streets, Erykah Badu and more, thus creating entirely new songs from the ground up, using only each artist’s original vocals as the foundation—this is far from your run of the mill remix album, DiDomenico and Naprixas are trendsetters.

This CD release party will be packed with creativity, entertainment, networking, special invited guests and fun as Nuclear O’Reilly parties with the finest of NY. Live painters will be on hand creating artwork throughout the night providing guests with exciting visual stimulation.  The evening will begin with a press/VIP hour from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. where media and special guests will meet and greet with Nuclear O’Reilly, and get a first listen to the album.   Doors open to the public at 7p.m. with no cover charge and drink specials throughout the night. Guests will also receive a complimentary copy of Mixed Signals: The Nuclear O’Reilly Remixes. Nuclear O.’s charitable partner is Amped 4-A-Cure, Inc. a federally recognized nonprofit organization that supports cancer research through music, a cause near and dear to both DiDomenico and Naprixas, their management team and fans.
