Client News: The National Coalition of 100 Black Women Inc., Queen City Metropolitan Chapter to Host Girl Tech Summit

Girl Tech Summit 2024

Charlotte, N.C. (April 4, 2024)—The National Coalition of 100 Black Women Inc., Queen City Metropolitan Chapter (NCBW-QCMC) will host its 2024 Girl Tech Summit on April 6 at 9:30 a.m. at Renaissance West STEAM Academy. 

Attendees will explore the world of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) during a day of hands-on activities and guest speakers. The event is open to students in Grades 8 – 12.

The Girl Tech Summit is part of NCBW-QCMC’s education advocacy focus, which provides resources that promote educational equity to underserved Black youth in the greater Charlotte community. 

Activities will include Food Science, decoding activities, Science with Cosmetics and much more.
