Author Mary B. Morrison Kicks off Change is Coming to Charlotte Event Series

CHARLOTTE, N.C – RealEyes Bookstore will kick off the 2010 “Change is Coming to Charlotte” event series in a big way, with New York Times best-selling author Mary “Honey B” Morrison. On April 16, Real Eyes Bookstore and Touch One Productions will bring you a night of sensual and sultry poetry along with a book signing of Morrison’s most recent release, “Married on Mondays.” As part of the event, Morrison will read excerpts from her book and welcome open dialogue from book enthusiasts alike. In addition to an autograph session with Morrison, attendees can also expect to hear thoughts of consciousness from notable spoken word poetry artists, with an eclectic mix of live music to soothe the senses.

Morrison brings a soulful and sexually uncensored point of view that transcends to readers of her 15 best-selling novels. Her genre of African-American erotic fiction frequently promotes empowerment for women and her belief that women deserve sexual satisfaction along with abuse-free relationships. Between writing novels, Morrison hosts at a venue titled TELL IT ALL, an avenue where adults can openly discuss topics about sex, relationships and everything in between. Morrison’s distinct point of view has helped her stand out from the literary community and continues to sensationalize readers of all backgrounds worldwide.
