A Private Shopping Event to Benefit Charity

 

CHARLOTTE, NC-September 9, 2009- The Charlotte Network of The National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment (NABFEME) in association with Charlotte STYLE Magazine will host an exclusive private shopping event at Tiffany & Co in SouthPark on September 25, 2009 from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. as a spectacular fundraiser for two local charitable organizations.

 

This premier shopping experience will highlight select Tiffany & Co jewelry lines with donations benefitting Birthday Blessings, a non profit organization benefiting homeless children and families and Amped 4-A-Cure, an organization that raises funds to support cancer research through music.  While perusing the elegant jewelry selections, Guests will enjoy a decadent brunch courtesy of Chef Jay Jones, Owner and Executive Chef of Chateau Noir.   Guests will also have the opportunity to indulge in mini-makeovers from Joy Randall of Flawless Make Up Art.  A professional photographer will be on hand for each guest to model select Tiffany & Co pieces for her own commemorate photo keepsake. Some of the pieces from the new Tiffany & Co collection include: Black Onyx and Diamond Earrings in Platinum ($21,000), Tiffany Keys Heart Locket Key in 14k Yellow Gold ($575), Diamond and Blue Enamel Checkerboard Key in 18k White Gold ($2,250) and Charcoal Bone Cuff ruthenium over copper by Elsa Peretti for Tiffany & Co. ($450). 

 

Special invited guests include some of the most influential women from Charlotte’s elite in the sports, entertainment, media and music industries (National Basketball Association, National Football League, ESPN, CBS Radio, etc). NABFEME Charlotte has a long standing tradition of civic engagement, community outreach and philanthropic endeavors and hopes that this unique fundraising event will give all involved an experience to remember.   This is a private, invite-only event.
