Keith Cradle- Senior Business Consultant @mrcradle

KCWith 15 years of experience working with non-profit organizations and small businesses, Keith Cradle is driven to help others succeed in their passions as well as to strive for growth.  He knows how to make the right company goals by developing new ways of doing it.

Mr. Cradle is currently on the Board of Directors for Carolina Voices (www.carolinavoices.org), Hands on Charlotte (www.handsoncharlotte.org), the Advisory Committee for the Knight Foundation (www.knightfnd.org) and the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council.

His community based initiatives have been awarded the 2001 NACO award for outstanding program of the year in the state of North Carolina, the Golden Project Award 2004 from the North Carolina Public Health Association, the Kathy Kerr Outstanding Health Education Project Award 2004, 2006 APPCNC Award for pregnancy prevention program of the year in North Carolina, and the 2007 Outstanding Service Award from Crossroads Charter High School [CMS]. In 2012, he was awarded the Young and Powerful for Obama Rising Star Award.

He has a BA in Communications from Johnson C. Smith University, a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a MBA/MSL from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, NC.

Brittani Menina- Event Manager @BMeninaEvents

MeninaRedPumpHailing from the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, Brittani brings forth the excitement and skills necessary to plan a successful event. Brittani obtained a bachelor’s degree in Sports/Entertainment/Event Management with a concentration of Event Management from Johnson and Wales University – Charlotte Campus. From Brittani’s experience with several events, she has realized not only is event planning her job it is also her passion. Brittani prides herself on being the epitome of all things logistics. She continues to thrive in this industry by knowing that each event is as unique as the driving force behind it. Her current dream is to pursue graduate school and ultimately become a Certified Special Events Planner. (CSEP)

Brittani also serves as the Washington, DC  Red Pump Ambassador for The Red Pump Project™ a nonprofit organization that raises awareness about the impact of HIV/AIDS on women and girls.

 Jessica S. Macks- Senior VP, Business Development @jsmacks1

Born in Queens, NY but raised in Conway SC, Jessica had a variety of influential people in her life that encouraged her to be the best that she could be.  She has always entertained friends and family members throughout the years. She has an inevitable personality that will always cause you to smile or laugh.  Jessica had a dream of pursuing a career in the entertainment business which led to her graduating from Johnson C. Smith University in 2003 with a BA in Music Business. She’s currently pursuing her Master’s in Vocal Performance at Winthrop University.   Throughout the years she has been able to work as an A&R director of an indie label and sing background for gospel artist such as Patrick Love, Kenny Curry and countless other artists.

Jessica’s extracurricular activities include:  member of the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment (NABFEME), a non-profit professional organization dedicated to the support and empowerment of women of color in recorded music, the media, and related entertainment industry fields; beginner voice teacher; acting with Flipped the Script and On Q Production Agencies.  As a member of Temple Church International, she sings regularly with the praise team and choir. To make sure that the same opportunities, which were granted to her by others, are offered to the younger generation, Jessica also assists as a youth counselor.  Jessica’s will is that people are able to come to see Jesus Christ through laughter and joy, also through the encouragement of the word of God.

Amanda Peralta- Communications Manager @MandyPR2

Addicted to Social Media (and is a PR fanatic), Amanda brings a diverse background in journalism, advertising and public relations to our team. She plays a key role in many of our client projects, from graphic design to writing press releases, she is willing to do it all to fit the client needs. Previously she was a PR assistant at Eric Mower and Associates Charlotte and Editor in Chief for the Western Carolinian, Western Carolina University’s school paper. Amanda earned her BS in Communication/ Public Relations at Western Carolina University along with six years of experience in journalism and two years in advertising.

Ashley Roseboro -Marketing Manager  @beauty_of_arose

Ashley Roseboro is a recent honors graduate from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. Ashley’s marketing experience includes a summer of study abroad in Denmark and Sweden, involvement in various student focused organizations on campus, and her current position as a Marketing Assistant for a pathology company, CBLPath. Although originally from Winston-Salem, NC, Ashley has been residing in Charlotte, NC for the past six years. Her favorite things to do in her spare time include relaxing, dining and socializing. Because of her talent and passion for all aspects of marketing, Ashley is a true welcomed addition to the JSW Media Group family!

Danielle Scott-Asst. Booking Manager @DaniDelese 

Danielle Scott is originally from Brooklyn, NY, which qualifies her New York State of mind to be impeccable.  Obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Delaware State University, she has always had a passion for music and the success of others. If anyone is familiar with the hustle of entertainment then you know about the GRIND! Danielle, commonly known as Dani found her calling in promotions and talent booking working with Atlantic Records and Asti Management. Danielle’s drive to help aspiring and established entertainers gain income is inevitable. Styles P. would also recognize the passion and drive Danielle delivers in his book “Invincible.” With Danielle’s passion for sports and entertainment she later invested in a part-owned Management Company to take her hustle to the next level.  Currently, residing in Charlotte, NC she is dedicated to broadening the Queen City’s entertainment scene, one artist at a time.

Saloan Rochelle-Jr. Publicist @saloanrochelle

SaloanSaloan Rochelle is a woman of many artistic facets. After obtaining a degree in Public Relations from North Carolina A&T State University, Saloan discovered a way to blend  her passion for photography and love for helping others into a company to build the brands of new artists in the field of entertainment. As the Director of PR & Marketing for BuGoudi House Management, Saloan is mostly known for her creative promotional strategies and also prides herself in making the unknown become more known by establishing a buzz for her clients through Social Media. Coining the phrase, ” Keep It Clean & Classic”, Ms. Rochelle believes in building a timeless appeal, one that will be appreciated in the future just as much as it was praised in the past. Saloan Rochelle’s ultimate goal is to continue to design new promotional techniques and endorse fresh faces to stay ahead of the entertainment industry that is forever evolving.

Kyle Murray-Fashion Coordinator/Assistant to the CEO @murraysmyname

Kyle Alexander Murray is a creative soul.  Only in his early 20′s, he is already a true artist—fashion, photography, graphic design are all passions he manages to perfect consistently in his role at JSW Media Group.  His talent for fashion makes him the perfect photo shoot coordinator and wardrobe stylist.  Born and raised in Kentucky, Kyle brings his unique style to Charlotte, NC where he now lives.   Kyle graduated from Kings College with a degree in Graphic Design.

Dadria Stith-Event Coordinator @_LadyDayy 

A native of Dinwiddie, VA, Dadria is a true country girl at heart. She is passionate about logistics and firmly believes in the statement—“There’s a right way to do everything.” Her previous endeavors include Activities Coordinator for NFL Pro Bowl and Super Bowl 2010 events, and most recently she served as the National Planning Director for the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality.  She is a recent honors graduate of Johnson & Wales University – Charlotte Campus, earning a Bachelors of Science in Sports/Entertainment/Event Management with a concentration in Event Management.  Dadria brings a diverse background and for her logistics is the name of the game. Event planning is just the beginning as she aspires to a future in Artist/Brand Management.
